Libya's National Development Authority offers to fund Tunis-Carthage airport upgrade

Libya's National Development Authority announced during the Libyan-French economic summit that it is prepared to finance and invest in the maintenance and development of Tunis-Carthage International Airport in Tunisia, citing its experience developing and upgrading several airports in eastern and southern Libya.
