A faction of the Petroleum Facilities Guard based in Zintan is blocking technicians from reopening valve No. 7, located in the Hamada region of southwest Libya on the pipeline carrying crude from the Sharara oil field, in an escalating protest against a change to the board of Waha Oil Company
